This Acti 9 iC60N is a low voltage miniature circuit breaker (MCB). It consists of a 4P automatic switch with 4 protected poles, a nominal current of 10 A and a trip curve C. It can be mounted on a DIN rail for modular installation. As a circuit breaker, its breaking capacity (in accordance with IEC/EN 60898-1) is 6000A at 400V AC. As a circuit breaker, its breaking capacity (in accordance with IEC/EN 60947-2) is 20kA at 230V AC and 10kA at 400V AC. This miniature circuit breaker protects circuits against short circuits and overloads. It has a degree of protection IP20 (in accordance with IEC/EN 60529) on its terminals. It becomes IP40 once installed in a modular cabinet with insulation category II. Its quick closing mechanism prolongs its useful life. Its limitation class 3 (according to EN/IEC60898-1) reduces the cost of protecting downstream circuits. Its exclusive Visitrip indicator reduces intervention time by pointing out the faulty circuit. Its green Visisafe band guarantees the physical opening of the contacts to allow downstream maintenance.
